The tour includes a visit to the Mt. Fuji area and Oshino Hakkai village. However, viewing of Mount Fuji depends on weather conditions.
Travel insurance is not included and is listed under exclusions. Guests are encouraged to purchase coverage before departure.
The official currency is Japanese Yen (JPY). Money exchange is available at airports and local exchange counters.

⦁ Travel Escape Travel and Tours will not be responsible and will not accept liability for any passenger who has refused to enter to any country or destination due to failure to comply to carry the correct travel documents.
RELEASE OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
⦁ E-Ticket, hotel voucher, travel insurance, etc will be available 2-3 days before departure date.
BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
⦁ Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking. Any cancellation made after guaranteed booking is subject to applicable charges.
⦁ Full cancellation charge will be applied for any cancellation made less than a month before the departure date.
⦁ Cancellation due to force majeure, government-imposed restrictions and act of God shall have an option to rebook subject to hotel and airline availability and policy.
FLIGHT DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIVERSION
⦁ Any incident of delay, cancellation or diversion of flights, or any incident which resulted in failure to board in flight either from Country of Origin or destination or in between connecting flights not attributable to the fault of the travel agency shall not be compensable.
⦁ Travel Escape Travel and Tours shall not be liable for failure to execute arrangements that includes but not be limited to, any act of God, unforeseeable events, calamities, strikes, power shortage, blackouts, serious civil disturbances, equipment’s, personnel, or restrictions/limitations upon the use thereof Acts of third party, and/or any other conditions, events caused of reasons beyond our control.
⦁ Flight changes and cancellations made by the airline are subject to applicable flexibility options offer by the airline such as rebooking within 30 days, travel fund or refund.
⦁ Land arrangements such as hotels, transportation, entrance fees, tour guide, meals and other services in the land are not refundable and rebookable due to flight changes or cancellations.
VISA DENIAL POLICY:
⦁ In the unfortunate event of a visa application being DENIED, the guarantee deposit will be FORFEITED.
IMMIGRATION
⦁ Immigration has the right and absolute power to subject any passenger to question and interview upon the exit in the Philippines and entry to destination.
⦁ Travel Escape Travel and Tours will not be liable for any Immigration decision to exclude any passenger to depart or enter a country due to any circumstances and same with Airport-to-Airport cases. All payments are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
⦁ Any utilized service before or during the tour is non-refundable and non-endorsable.
COMPLAINTS
⦁ For complaints about the details in the trip, the tour guide or coordinator must be immediately notified to rectify the matter.
