RELEASE OF TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
⦁ E-Ticket, hotel voucher, travel insurance, etc will be available 2-3 days before departure date.
BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATION
⦁ Strictly no cancellation or amendments upon confirmation of booking. Any cancellation made after guaranteed booking is subject to applicable charges.
⦁ Full cancellation charge will be applied for any cancellation made less than a month before the departure date.
⦁ Cancellation due to force majeure, government-imposed restrictions and act of God shall have an option to rebook subject to hotel and airline availability and policy.
FLIGHT DELAYS, CANCELLATIONS AND DIVERSION
⦁ Any incident of delay, cancellation or diversion of flights, or any incident which resulted in failure to board in flight either from Country of Origin or destination or in between connecting flights not attributable to the fault of the travel agency shall not be compensable.

⦁ Flight changes and cancellations made by the airline are subject to applicable flexibility options offer by the airline such as rebooking within 30 days, travel fund or refund.
⦁ Land arrangements such as hotels, transportation, entrance fees, tour guide, meals and other services in the land are not refundable and rebookable due to flight changes or cancellations.

⦁ Travel Escape Travel and Tours will not be liable for any Immigration decision to exclude any passenger to depart or enter a country due to any circumstances and same with Airport-to-Airport cases. All payments are non-refundable.
REFUNDS
⦁ Any utilized service before or during the tour is non-refundable and non-endorsable.
COMPLAINTS
⦁ For complaints about the details in the trip, the tour guide or coordinator must be immediately notified to rectify the matter.
